Ok, so I had in mind a very particular thing when I sat down to do some writing. And instead this came out. I do love it, but it is quite far removed from what I intended and I don't believe that to be a bad thing.

I find the first half of this has a nice abstract element to it, and the second half grounds it back in reality. I had to give it a few reads to get the whole picture and get that understanding, but you know, that's a good thing. More details come out with each read, and part of this is also up to the reader to decide what's happening. The feels of this is also that nice and dark atmosphere that I enjoy to see come through your writing...kind of like Stephen King, but early Stephen King when you got that really good horror out of him.
